Orders Shipped Within New Jersey

All items sold by DolomiteMarble.com, or its subsidiaries, and shipped to an address within the state of New Jersey are subject to the applicable state sales tax rate of 6.625%.

In-Person Warehouse Pickup

For customer convenience, we offer order pickups from our warehouse by appointment. Please note that all orders picked up from our New Jersey warehouse location are subject to 6.625% sales tax, regardless of the customer's state of residence.

Orders Shipped to Other States

Orders shipped to destinations outside of New Jersey are generally not subject to sales tax collected by DolomiteMarble.com. However, depending on your state's laws, you may be responsible for reporting and paying a corresponding use tax on your purchase directly to your state's revenue department.
