SHIPPING INFORMATION – DOLOMITE MARBLE

DolomiteMarble.com is proud to ship our premium natural stone products to any destination within the continental United States.

Processing & Transit Times

We strive to process most orders the same day they are placed. However, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation before your shipment departs. Once your order is in transit, ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your final destination.

 

Please note that all shipping times and rates are estimates. We highly recommend that you do not schedule your installer or contractor until you have received our shipping confirmation and the materials have physically arrived at your location and been inspected.

Shipping Methods

Given the substantial weight of marble, tile, and mosaics, we recommend ground shipping for the most cost-effective delivery. For time-sensitive projects, we also offer expedited shipping options, such as FedEx Two-Day or Overnight services.

 

We partner with a network of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

 

• Smaller Orders (under 50 sq. ft. / 250 lbs.): Typically shipped via FedEx Ground.


• Larger & Palletized Orders (over 50 sq. ft. / 250 lbs.): Shipped via our reliable freight partners, such as RL Carriers, Estes Express, FedEx Freight, or RoadRunner.

 

Minimum Order Policy

 

• Tiles & Mosaics: A minimum order of 80 square feet is required for subway and field tiles. This minimum can be met by combining different products.

 

•Saddles & Thresholds: To purchase a saddle or threshold, your order must include the 80 sq. ft. tile/mosaic minimum. If you only wish to order saddles/thresholds without tile, please contact us for a custom quote.

 

• Exceptions: The minimum order requirement is waived for customers picking up their order from our South Hackensack, NJ warehouse or for shipments destined for the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Please contact us for details on warehouse pick-ups and local deliveries.

 

SLABS

Full slabs are available for warehouse pick-up only and cannot be shipped. If you require a custom fabricated piece from a slab, please contact our sales team at sales@dolomitemarble.com for a personalized quote.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Freight Delivery Guidelines (For Large Orders)

 

For orders shipped via freight carriers, please review the following important information to ensure a smooth delivery process.

 

• Residential Address Deliveries: Deliveries to residential addresses include lift-gate service for curbside delivery only. The driver is not responsible for moving materials inside your home or garage. You are responsible for transporting the pallet(s) from the curb to inside your property. If you require "inside delivery" service, please contact us at sales@marblesavings.com or 888-422-4655 in advance, and we can obtain a quote from the carrier for this additional service.

 

• Scheduling & Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you via the phone number you provided to schedule a specific delivery date and time window. It is critically important that you or a representative are present to receive the shipment during the scheduled window. Carriers will charge redelivery fees for missed appointments, for which the customer is responsible.

 

• Commercial Address Deliveries: Deliveries to commercial or business addresses require a loading dock or forklift for offloading. The receiving party is responsible for having the appropriate equipment and personnel to unload the pallets from the truck.

 

• Terminal Pick-Up Option: To potentially reduce shipping costs, larger orders can be sent to a freight terminal near you for customer pick-up. This is an excellent option if you have the means to transport the materials yourself.

 

Important Note: Please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any damage or concerns on the driver's copy. Do not leave the pallets unattended outdoors.
