If a product offered by www.DolomiteMarble.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition.
Partial returns will not be accepted.
All tile sizes are nominal.

PRODUCT & ORDER-RELATED INFORMATION

Natural Stone Characteristics

Natural stone is a product of nature and is subject to variation in color, shading, veining, markings, and texture from piece to piece. The degree of variation depends on the type of stone.

 

• No claims will be accepted after materials are fabricated or installed.
• We extend no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance, or maintenance procedures.
• All natural stone is subject to some wear, scratching, and etching over time.

 

We work only with high-quality material grades, surface processing, and finishes. You will not receive rejected or defective items. Please consider that many lower-priced products in the market may be commercial grade or defective. When comparing, keep quality and grade in mind; this is a long-term investment.

SAMPLES & SAMPLING

• We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order. Natural stone always has variation in color, shading, finish, and texture.


• All samples are non-returnable. The sample fee is mainly to offset shipping costs and does not fully cover our shipping expense.


• A sample is defined as an order consisting of a quantity of “1” of any given line item.


• ONLY 1 sample of each item per household/address is allowed. Multiple sample orders of the same item by the same buyer/household will not be shipped without prior approval. If you need multiple samples, please contact us.

 

Samples are chosen to represent the overall characteristics of the product and should be sufficient to understand how the product looks and feels.

ORDER QUANTITY, CONTINUATIONS & ADD-ONS

• It is rarely possible to estimate the exact amount of material you will need. We recommend ordering 5–10% extra to allow for cuts, layout, patterning, and installation waste. Consult your professional installer for exact needs.


• Check how each item is sold (e.g., full sheets, sets, lots, etc.) and the physical characteristics of the stone (some stones have more breakage/waste).


• Even from the same manufacturer, materials from different shipments/lots may vary in color and shading.


• We cannot guarantee the same shade for orders placed at different times.


• To avoid matching issues, combine your orders and try to purchase the full required quantity at once.

 

LEAD TIME

• Except for custom or hand-made items (or where specifically noted on the product page), most items are in stock and available for immediate shipping.

 

• Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days. Transit time is generally 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

RETURN POLICY

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

• Unless otherwise stated and except for restricted items below, most products are returnable.
• To return an item, email sales@marblesavings.com with your order details (name, order number, reason for return) to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA).

• Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return window:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (“Return Period”).
• Due to the natural stone lot structure, we must keep this return period short to ensure returned material can still be matched to its original lot.

 

Key conditions:

• No returns will be accepted after the Return Period.
• No claims will be accepted after the product has been installed. Installation constitutes acceptance of the material.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item).
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within approximately 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned materials.

 

Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is not due to an error by www.DolomiteMarble.com:

 

• You are responsible for:
• The outbound shipping cost we incurred to ship your order (even if you received free shipping).
• The return shipping cost back to us

 

We provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $1,000 to most East Coast states and FREE SHIPPING regardless of amount to NY, NJ, CT. These are “delivered” prices only if you keep the product. If you return for reasons other than our error, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Only complete returns are accepted.
We do not accept partial returns under any circumstances. This is to prevent customers from hand-picking only certain color tones and returning the rest. Natural variation is inherent to stone; by purchasing, you accept this characteristic.

 

Any damage to material must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims after this period will not be refunded. Partial returns will not be accepted.

 

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, we can issue a store credit to avoid the fee.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE / RESTRICTED ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

 

• All samples (quantity of “1” of any line item)

• Custom / hand-made products
• All standard quality items offered at special pricing
• Special/custom orders (including non-stock items)
• On-sale / close-out items (as specified on the product page)
• Dolomite Marble items – all sales are final

DAMAGES, COVERAGE & CLAIMS PROCEDURE

• Smaller items are packed with foam and bubble wrap; larger orders are secured in wooden crates or on pallets for safe transit.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please use this to anticipate delivery and plan to inspect the shipment immediately.

 

Upon delivery:

• Inspect the exterior of all packages and pallets for visible damage while the carrier is present if possible.
• Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and ask the driver to acknowledge it.
• Take detailed photos of any damage.

 

You must:

• Inspect the contents of your order right away.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or problems within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can file a claim with the carrier.

 

We cannot accept claims after 3 days, as carriers require prompt documentation.
Absolutely no claims will be accepted once the material has been installed.

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISPUTES
